On the inside looking out
It’s still warmer inside than out, but the days are longer and brighter. Fiona and I are anxious for spring and flowers, walks in the park, and the sound of frogs again. It will be our second spring together.
Precious days. All numbered now now and perhaps filed in the chapter titled “Epilogue”.
It’s time to catch up with old friends. Time to set the table with fruits and cheese, great wine and warm bread. Time for evenings with history books, great novels and stacks of foreign magazine.
It’s time to slow down and enjoy.
